Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Influxfinancetrading platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the Platform is prohibited by law
• Not have been previously banned from our Platform

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Trading Rules and Restrictions

When using the Platform you agree to:

• Trade only with funds you can afford to lose
• Not engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any form of market abuse
• Not use automated systems or bots not authorized by our Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed after blockchain confirmation. Minimum deposit is $50. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and manual review within 24–48 hours. A 1% withdrawal fee applies. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraud or regulatory violations.

6. Trading Bots and Copy Trading

Trading bot subscriptions and copy trading services are offered as tools to assist with trading decisions. Past performance of trading bots and copy traders is not guaranteed to continue. We do not guarantee profits and are not liable for losses incurred through the use of these features.

7. Fees

Our current fee schedule is displayed on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify fees with 14 days' notice. A 0.5% trading fee applies to all trade executions. Copy trading commissions are deducted as disclosed on each trader's profile. Trading bot plans are charged as one-time payments as displayed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influxfinancetrading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or system downtime. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, we will return your remaining balance after deducting any outstanding fees, subject to completion of identity verification and applicable regulatory requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
